Evo White - Error 1: Cooling liquid flux failure

Check water tank level, if it's low, refill it to the maximum.
In the stand-by menù, press on "Options" button then press on "H2O" button. Press ON to prime the pump manually. Check the water flux value, it must be in the green area between 5 and 8 lts/min. If the sound of the waterflow is not smooth but noisey and vibrating, take video of the issue and attach as a media in a Service ticket.
Contact your dealer or open a new ticket to request Service support, if you purchase the unit directly.

The water flow rate lts/min read by the pum's sensor is lower than the correct working threshold or it's not present.
